Backup Agent 1.x (Backup Agent Product Information)
The Pervasive Backup Agent provides simple, clean backups on Pervasive PSQL v10.00 and older database engines. The Backup Agent v1.x license will work with Pervasive.SQL V8 (v1.0), Pervasive PSQL v9 (v1.1) and Pervasive PSQL Summit v10.00 (v1.2), but will NOT work for v10.10 and newer engines, which require v2.0 (below). Pervasive Software has decided to NOT provide an upgrade path from v1.0 to v2.0 at this time.

Backup Agent 2.x (Backup Agent Product Information)
The Pervasive Backup Agent provides simple, clean backups on Pervasive PSQL v10.10 and newer database engines. This will NOT install on PSQLv10.00 server engines.

AuditMaster 6.x (AuditMaster Product Information)
Pervasive AuditMaster provides integrated database auditing capabilities. Please note that General Availability for AuditMaster 6.3 (for use with PSQLv9) ends March 1, 2010. After this date, only AuditMaster 6.4 will be available (for use with PSQLv10 and higher).

DataExchange Real-Time Backup Edition (DataExchange Product Information)
Pervasive DataExchange Real-Time Backup Edition provides integrated database replication capabilities for a single database server to a single target server. DataExchange 2.x is for PSQLv10.00 and earlier, and DataExchange 3.x is for v10.10 and newer. Please note that General Availability for DataExchange 2.8 (for use with PSQLv9) ends March 1, 2010. After this date, only DataExchange 3.0 will be available (for use with PSQLv10 and higher).

DataExchange Data Synchronization Edition (PRICES EFFECTIVE BEFORE RELEASE OF V10.30) (DataExchange Product Information)
Pervasive DataExchange Data Synchronization Edition provides integrated database replication capabilities for a database server to multiple target server, including two-way replication capabilities. DataExchange 2.x is for PSQLv10.00 and earlier, and DataExchange 3.x is for v10.10 and newer. Please note that this is for 32-bit Windows Server Engines ONLY. Please note that General Availability for DataExchange 2.8 (for use with PSQLv9) ends March 1, 2010. After this date, only DataExchange 3.0 will be available (for use with PSQLv10 and higher).

Shipping and Taxes
Several methods can be used for shipping, but the most common are UPS Ground ($10) and Next Day Air ($25). Some products or multiple product orders may have higher shipping costs, depending on the overall size and weight. Sales taxes will be charged for all Illinois destinations, unless a proper Illinois tax exemption form is filed. All other destinations will be responsible for self-assessing sales taxes where applicable.
 

Ordering Information
Current payment options include pre-paid, purchase order, and credit card.

• Pre-Paid: Contact Goldstar Software to determine the exact amount of the order. Mail your payment (Check payable to Goldstar Software Inc.) to our address (as shown on the Contact page) with the original quote or a written copy of your order. Please be sure to include all information, including version, platform, user count, and shipping method, where applicable. When we receive the payment, we will process the order and ship the software to you with a PAID invoice. 
• Purchase Order: To accept your company purchase order, we must have an open customer account set up. Please download the required forms and fill in the information requested. Then, you can mail or fax your forms with your P.O. directly to 928-833-3632. When your account is approved and created, the software will ship via the requested method. If you have any questions, please call us at 708-647-7665 or contact us via other methods! 
• Credit Card: We can accept bank transfers or credit card payments, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express! To best protect your privacy, all credit card orders are taken as phone orders only, so contact us to place your order. You can also place an order by Fax with our Credit Card Order form. There will be a convenience fee of 3% added to all electronic payment transactions.
• PayPal: We can also receive payments via PayPal, subject to the same 3% convenience fee. Schedule payments to the user "BillBach" at goldstarsoftware.com. (Format this like an Email address. We'd give you the exact format, but spammers keep sending us more garbage.) You may need to establish an account with Paypal to complete this transaction.
