Goldstar Software offers emergency phone support for after-hours and weekend critical issues for our customers. ALL Emergency Support requests will incur a MINIMUM account billing of $250 for support time. By using the emergency mailbox, you agree to this charge. If you are a new customer or do not have an open account, please be prepared with a credit card to authorize payment upon callback.
