Course fees are $1000 per person.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A minimum class size is required for each session. Until we meet that minimum requirement, the course is NOT yet confirmed. Once we have the required minimum registrations, we will send out confirmation messages and invoices to all those who have registered. The final date for a go/no-go decision is approximately 2 weeks prior to the session, unless the training center agrees to extend this deadline. If you are registering more than two weeks prior to the session, then payment is NOT due at this time. You will receive a separate confirmation Email with your formal invoice when the course is confirmed. For on-site classes, please do NOT book any non-refundable travel plans until AFTER you receive this confirmation!

The training center (or Zoom classroom) will be open at 08:00 (Central Time) on the first day of the class. Classes will begin at 08:30 (Central Time) each day (unless otherwise arranged in advance), and each day is expected to end between 16:30 and 17:30pm. For directions to the training center or local hotel or travel information for out-of-town attendees, please contact us.

Cancellations: All efforts will be made to hold each course on the dates assigned. However, cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Any changes to the schedule made by Goldstar Software will entitle the attendee to a full refund or may be applied towards an upcoming equivalent class, at the attendees request. If an attendee cancels a reservation more than 10 days prior to the class date, the attendee can elect a full credit for a future class or a 95% refund. If an attendee cancels between 5 and 10 days prior to a class date, 45% of the class fees will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 5 business days or the attendee does not attend the class, no refunds will be issued.
