Q1: The first thing that we need to know is whether you are installing a new engine or adding users to an existing database engine.
If you are installing a new engine, on a new server, select the first option. If you are upgrading from a previous database engine version (such as PSQL12, PSQLv11, etc.), select the second option.
If you are adding users to an existing PSQL engine, select one of the last two options based on the engine type you are running.
