Goldstar Software recommends virtualization products from VMware.

We recommend the use of virtual servers for all small business operations because of the substantial reduction in operating costs, management, backup, and more. Virtualization is also suitable for larger operations looking to maintain substantial DR capabilities. We do not usually recommend virtualization for the largest, performance-hungry database servers due to the performance degradation caused by the virtual-to-physical transition.
