Cool Support Tools

This page is provided to show you some of the really cool support tools that we have used over the years. Some of these are simply wonderful time savers, and some provide functionality not seen anywhere else!

1. RAdmin is an inexpensive remote control software package that works great on local area networks. On a LAN, it is faster than most other products that we have seen!
   
2. LogMeIn.Com provides remote control support for users across the Internet, even through firewalls. While not as full featured as GoToMyPC.com, it has the benefit of coming in a free version!
   
3. Beyond Compare is a super-powerful file and folder comparison utility. It blows the doors off of any similar product in both speed, capacity, and ease of use! We use this internally to synchronize EMail and our support files. Go to the Scooter Software web site to download a trial version. 4. SysInternals web site (which has since been bought out by Microsoft) is loaded with cool tools, including Process Monitor that helps you monitor what your computer is actually doing all day long.
   
5. FastSCP is a fast data file copy solution from Veeam for Linux and VMware ESX environments. If you need to push around data quickly, this is the tool to use!
