Sign-in will begin at 8:00am on the first day of the class. Classes will begin at 8:30am each day, and are expected to end between 4:30 and 5:30pm. For directions to the training center or local hotel or travel information for out-of-town attendees, please call DCG at 630-717-8400.

Cancellations: All efforts will be made to hold each course on the dates assigned. However, cancellations may occur due to low attendance or other circumstances beyond our control. Any changes to the schedule made by Goldstar Software will entitle the attendee to a full refund or may be applied towards an upcoming equivalent class, at the attendees request. If an attendee cancels a reservation more than 10 business days prior to the class date, a full refund will be issued or credited, less a 5% processing charge. If an attendee cancels between 5 and 10 days prior to a class date, 45% of the class fees will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 5 business days or the attendee does not attend the class, no refunds will be issued.
